Remote patient acquisition role at Mood Health, a telehealth mental health provider. Call patients referred by healthcare partners and help them book their first appointment. No cold calling. Spanish bilingual and 2+ years of sales or customer support required. Pays $20 to $22/hour plus bonuses.
About the Role
Mood Health is hiring a Patient Acquisition Specialist to connect with people who have already been referred for mental health care. You will build trust, answer questions about insurance and treatment, and guide each person to schedule a first appointment. The role is consultative sales, not cold calling.
What You Will Do
- Contact patients referred by healthcare partners and book their first appointments
- Answer questions and help with concerns about insurance, scheduling, and treatment options
- Manage a high-volume referral pipeline by phone, text, email, and CRM
- Meet booking, conversion, outreach, and response-time goals
- Work with providers, operations, and clinical teams for a smooth patient experience
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally insurance, healthcare, inside sales, or call center sales
- Experience meeting sales or conversion goals
- Comfortable with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Able to work weekends as needed
