Part-time weekend work-from-home role helping patients with nutrition therapy refill orders for CVS Health. Remote anywhere in the US. Pays $17.00 to $25.65/hour.
About the Role
CVS Health's Enteral Nutrition Center is hiring a remote Patient Care Coordinator I for after-hours weekend shifts. You will be a main point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, helping patients who rely on nutrition therapy get their supplies on time.
What You Will Do
- Process monthly patient refill requests from phone calls and digital channels
- Verify patient details, insurance information, and order paperwork
- Answer incoming calls, give order status updates, and route questions
- Help patients with refills, payments, and account questions
- Update electronic patient records accurately
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently from home
Location & Pay
Remote; candidates may live anywhere in the United States. Part-time weekend schedule: Saturday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM CST and Sunday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM CST (about 16.5 hours a week, with extra hours possible). Pay range is $17.00 to $25.65 per hour. CVS expects the application window to close on 11/09/2026.
