About the Role
Dreem Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to shape the patient experience from start to finish at its digital sleep clinic. You will support the company's healthcare providers, answer patient questions, own parts of its service delivery, and help improve the process based on real patient feedback.
What You Will Do
- Answer patient inquiries and guide patients through their sleep care
- Support Dreem Health's providers and sleep specialists
- Own key parts of day-to-day service delivery
- Suggest and drive improvements based on patient feedback
- Work with cross-functional teams and outside partners in a tech-enabled care setting
What You Need
- Previous experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare systems
- Comfort with digital tools and multitasking
- Basic understanding of billing and durable medical equipment (DME)
- Pluses: a Medical Assistant program or similar healthcare experience, and knowledge of insurance and referrals
Location & Pay
