About the Role
Luna is hiring a part-time remote Patient Onboarding Associate for its Concierge Services call center. You will register new patients, schedule and reschedule visits, and handle calls and emails with patients and providers. Shifts are fixed, so your schedule stays the same each week.
What You Will Do
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center
- Register patients and schedule and reschedule appointments
- Collect and document patient demographics, insurance, and appointment details
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Use several systems at once for data entry and screen sharing with patients
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of office admin experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet plus a backup internet option
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction
Location & Pay
Remote in select U.S. states (Luna confirms state eligibility early in hiring). To be fully remote you must live more than 50 miles from Luna's Nashville office. Part time with fixed shifts: Monday to Friday 1-5 PM PT, 3-7 PM CT, or 4-8 PM ET. Pay $16 per hour. Medical, dental, and vision benefits and 401(k).
