About the Role
Businessolver is hiring a Processing Specialist I for its Special Processing team. The role handles complex benefits cases such as condolence management, QMCSO (medical child support) orders, benefit appeals, power of attorney paperwork, and Medicare L564 requests, while following HIPAA, IRS, and CMS rules.
What You Will Do
- Review and process appeals, condolences, QMCSO orders, Medicare L-564 forms, and POA requests
- Verify eligibility, manage elections, update records, and activate coverage following procedures
- Submit life and disability claims on time with complete information
- Give members accurate, caring support and communicate professionally with teams and partners
- Handle escalations, help on client calls, and prepare activity reports
- Protect sensitive data and stay compliant with HIPAA, IRS, and CMS rules
What You Need
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or employee support
- Knowledge of benefits processing and compliance requirements
- Comfort with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred (not required)
Location & Pay
