About the Role
Precision AQ is hiring a remote Project Coordinator for its Market Access team. You will support projects from start to finish, learning how to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while making sure quality standards are met. Precision AQ says the role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to build foundational project management skills in a collaborative environment. Up to 50% of the time may be spent on administrative support.
What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day project work on assigned accounts, including timelines, status reports, and project routing
- Set up, track, and report on projects in Workfront
- Help track budgets with project managers, account, and finance teams
- Schedule and help run internal status and project kickoff meetings
- Give updates on timelines and resourcing with guidance from senior team members
- Join onboarding, training, and mentoring to build your project management skills
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment preferred
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Mac
- Collaborative, adaptable, and accountable
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 to $70,000 a year (Precision says it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range). The role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.
