About the Role
WellSky is hiring Remote Call Center Representatives (Sleep Coaches) to make outbound calls to patients and set up CPAP supply reorders. The role includes promoting replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters while keeping patients compliant and satisfied. It is a full-time remote job, and the equipment is shipped to your home before you start.
What You Will Do
- Call assigned patients every quarter to set up CPAP supply reorders
- Promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters toward set order targets
- Check how patients are using their equipment and whether they are satisfied
- Verify and update patient records, including insurance details
- Return voicemails within two hours and keep every call professional
- Process orders in the platform following each client's procedures
What You Need
- GED or high school diploma
- Must live in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Texas
- Able to work 40+ hours a week, plus extra or irregular hours when needed
- Comfortable on the phone and organized
Location & Pay
Remote. Full time (40+ hours a week). Must live in GA, AL, TN, LA, NC, or TX. Pay starts at $15 per hour and goes up to $16 per hour after one year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 8 paid holidays, and a 401(k).
