About the Role
BRUNT Workwear is hiring a full-time, hourly Remote Customer Experience Representative to act as a brand ambassador for its work boots and apparel. You will handle a set volume of customer tickets across all channels, learn the product line well enough to guide customers to the right fit, and help build long-term customer loyalty. What You Will Do
- Respond to customers across all support channels while managing a set ticket volume
- Meet team goals for customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and efficiency
- Learn BRUNT's products in depth and guide customers to the products that fit their needs
- Spot trends in customer feedback and share ideas with the CX leadership team
- Follow company policies while making customer-focused decisions
What You Need
- Customer service experience of any kind, such as retail, face-to-face service, call center, or remote support
- Calm, professional handling of customer issues
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using several software platforms at once
- Organized, positive, and able to multitask
- Live in one of the eligible states: CO, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, or WI
Location & Pay
100% remote, open only to people who currently live in CO, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, or WI. Full time, hourly. Training runs Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM ET, then the regular schedule is Monday-Friday 10:30 AM-7:00 PM ET, with some Black Friday and holiday-season coverage. Pay is $24 to $26 an hour. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, 15 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays and sick leave, and performance bonus eligibility.
