Part-time work-from-home member service role at Copart supporting auction members by phone. High school diploma; one year of office customer service preferred. Pays $16.04 to $22/hour (higher in CA/CO/NY/WA). Schedule 1 PM-7 PM.
About the Role
Copart is hiring a part-time remote Member Service Representative. You will be the face of Copart for members calling about their membership, providing inbound phone support through the lifespan of their Copart membership.
What You Will Do
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner for Copart members
- Understand client needs and offer solutions using company resources
- Focus on first-call resolution and document interactions
- Meet call quality and productivity metrics
- Show empathy and support members in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- High school diploma
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing about 45 WPM
- Ability to multitask; bilingual skills a plus
Location & Pay
Work from home, part time, about 30 hours per week, 1:00 PM-7:00 PM. Pay is $16.04 to $22.00 per hour; for California, Colorado, New York, and Washington the range is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and an employee stock purchase plan (with hour requirements).
