Join ModSquad as a part-time remote contractor answering customer phone calls and support tickets. Project hours fall Monday to Saturday, 6am to 5pm PT.
About the Role
ModSquad is recruiting remote contractors ('Mods') to handle customer support by phone and by ticket for a client project.
What You Will Do
- Answer customer support phone calls
- Work through support tickets
- Follow project guidelines and tools
- Pick up shifts within project hours
What You Need
- Windows 10 or newer computer and a headset
- Willing to install required security software and use two-factor login
- Available during project hours (Mon to Sat, 6am to 5pm PT)
- Clear communication skills
