About the Role
DaVita is hiring a remote Revenue Specialist I focused on collections. You will process patient insurance information through intake, collect on outstanding patient balances, and resolve credits while supporting revenue-cycle operations.
What You Will Do
- Process patient insurance information through the patient intake process
- Collect payment on outstanding patient balances
- Resolve credits and related revenue-cycle items
- Follow payer regulations for federal, state, and/or managed care payers
- Work Monday-Friday in a remote, full-time permanent role
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort with revenue-cycle or collections tasks
- Ability to work remotely from Tennessee (posting location)
