Remote inbound sales job at Aura, an identity theft and online safety company. Take inbound calls from interested customers and enroll them in the right Aura plan. No outbound cold calling. About the Role
Aura is hiring Sales Specialists for its enrollment team. You will take inbound sales calls from prospective customers, generated by Aura's marketing team and partners, and match each caller with the Aura plan that best protects them and their family. There is no outbound cold calling.
What You Will Do
- Take inbound sales calls and enroll new customers in the right Aura plan
- Learn Aura's product catalog and how it protects customers
- Advise callers on protecting their online identity and digital assets
- Meet or beat monthly enrollment quotas
- Work with teammates to improve sales processes
What You Need
- 1-2 years of sales experience (or equivalent) meeting performance goals
- Enjoy talking to people and naturally engaging
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Working knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
Location & Pay
Remote USA. Full time. Schedule is 10 AM to 7 PM Mountain time with one weekday off and a Saturday shift from 7 AM to 4 PM Mountain. Pay $18 per hour plus on-target commission of $32,000 a year. Benefits include health and wellness coverage, retirement savings, and parental leave.
