About the Role
Seer Interactive is hiring an SEO & GEO Associate. You will help drive traffic and ROI for Seer's clients through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building, and increasingly by improving how clients show up in AI-generated search results. Seer is a remote-first agency; the role can also sit in its Philadelphia headquarters.
What You Will Do
- Do competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building for clients
- Help build organic search roadmaps that cover both traditional SEO and AI search visibility
- Report on results using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Zapier to speed up research and SEO work
- Track changes in client traffic, rankings, AI Overview appearances, and conversions
- Share insights with clients by email, calls, or meetings
What You Need
- Passion for digital marketing and SEO skills such as keyword research
- Some technical SEO knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Curiosity about AI search tools and AI Overviews
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Able to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), working continental U.S. hours; the role can also be based at Seer's Philadelphia HQ. Pay $65,000 to $75,000 a year, with compensation reviewed at least once a year.
