Answer patient and clinician questions by phone, chat, email, and text, schedule appointments, and handle support tickets for a virtual psychiatry practice. Remote role paying $18.90/hour.
About the Role
Talkiatry is a virtual psychiatry practice with 750+ psychiatrists. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for clinicians and patients, handling a high volume of scheduling and support requests.
What You Will Do
- Answer incoming patient questions and schedule appointments
- Call patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies
- Support clinicians over Microsoft Teams chat with follow-ups and referrals
- Create and work support tickets in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot minor tech issues or escalate them
What You Need
- Experience giving phone, email, and chat customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask while staying accurate
- Enjoy working on a team
Location & Pay
Remote. You must be available for one of these shifts: 8:00am to 4:30pm, 9:30am to 6:00pm, or 10:30am to 7:00pm Eastern. Pay is $18.90 per hour.
