Remote sportsbook operations job with PENN Entertainment's digital team (theScore Bet). Monitor betting markets, test app features, and help traders and customer support fix issues. Evenings, weekends, and holidays. Needs a post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience and strong sports knowledge. Pays $50,000 to $55,000 a year.
About the Role
PENN Entertainment's Risk and Trading Operations team works around the clock to help trading, marketing, and customer support troubleshoot and escalate issues on its sports betting platforms. As a Sportsbook Associate on the evenings and weekends schedule, you will monitor markets, check betting content, and help keep the sportsbook running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Help traders identify, document, and escalate issues
- Verify, adjust, and create sport and competition setups
- Test and monitor app features
- Assist with compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing
- Monitor pre-game and in-play markets and review betting content daily
- Communicate with data providers and help Customer Experience resolve issues
What You Need
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Extensive knowledge of the four major professional sports leagues (esports knowledge is a plus)
- Clear communication skills and comfort with computers
- Experience using iPhone and Android devices
- Sports betting knowledge is a plus
Location & Pay
United States, Remote. Full time on an evenings and weekends schedule. Salary range $50,000 to $55,000 a year; most non-sales roles are bonus eligible. Benefits package plus education and conference reimbursement.
