Full-time seasonal remote role helping april customers by chat with tax questions and filing status during tax season (Dec/Jan through April 30, 2027). Pays $30 to $33/hour.
About the Role
april is hiring seasonal Tax Concierge Specialists to support Pro customers via chat, answer tax questions, and guide clients through filing with april's professional tax services. This is a full-time, US-based seasonal position running from December/January through April 30, 2027.
What You Will Do
- Support customers by chat with tax questions, document gathering, and return status updates
- Do outreach by messaging and outbound calls as deadlines approach
- Own customer issues through to resolution and escalate when needed
- Document interactions across multiple systems
- Share customer feedback with leadership and product teams
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer service or support experience
- Experience supporting customers over chat, messaging, or phone
- Experience with a CRM or ticketing tool such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom
- Familiarity with common tax forms and concepts
- Tax preparation experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
Location & Pay
Remote, US-based. Pay is $30 to $33 per hour. Full-time seasonal schedule from December/January through April 30, 2027.
